Terms and Conditions
Thank you for taking the time to support Ethos as one of our Founding Members. Please read our terms, conditions below.
Founding Members (‘Members’) lay the foundation of the Ethos community by being the first individuals to come on board and champion the mission and values of Ethos. Members give an initial amount in the form of a deposit during the pre-launch period to secure their position and have an exclusive offer of equity.
The Founding Member deposit must be paid in one installment of either $2,400 or $200 with any major credit card (equivalent to a yearly membership at Ethos, which is $200 per month). The deposit will not be used and shall be fully refundable until space suitable to Ethos’ needs is secured. To request a refund, please email us at . The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days for the national transfers within the United States and 5-10 working days for international transfers.
Once the space is secured and a launch date is announced, we will contact each Founding Member to confirm the use of the deposit towards one of these three options:
If a deposit of $2400 was made
i) A full one-year membership and $240 worth of equity in Ethos OR
ii) $2400 worth of equity in Ethos
If a deposit of $200 was made
ii) One month membership at Ethos, which will roll into an annual plan paid on a monthly basis
The equity grant is subject to terms and conditions.
Founding Members who choose membership will receive full access to all Ethos Houses (‘the House’) during house hours, including lounges, coworking spaces, and meeting rooms, as well as the fixed-rate accommodations. Members will be invited to pre-launch gatherings and have access to our curated calendar of events. Members will abide by subsequent House rules. Our team is available during regular business hours to answer any questions regarding membership at .
The term of the annual membership shall begin on the official launch date and will remain effective for one year from such date.
